A strong response connects variation in users/tasks/work envelopes to reach/visual position or posture, then explains how adjustability allows users to place the light/control within an appropriate range. Avoid saying only “it fits more people.”

Name a method and why it answers the uncertainty. Observation during real tasks can reveal errors/hesitation; interviews can explain perceptions; combining methods may strengthen evidence. The justification must match the question.
